Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for an incorrect size purchased, incorrect item purchased or for any other reason.
In the unlikely event the wrong size or product has been sent by Don Exclusive the customer must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 14 working days in its original box, unused condition and with tags attached.
Once the customer has received their order, we are not responsible for any problems occurring with the item. Rear strap problems such as snapping, cracking, breaking, ripping or tearing are not our responsibility. By ordering at Don Exclusive you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.
We pride ourselves on providing exclusive authentic products for our customers. All of the products presented and sold by Don Exclusive are 100% authentic, original and real guaranteed. We do not sell nor condone replicas, copies, counterfeits, fakes, A grades, B grades or factory variants.
For the majority of our stock we do hold the original purchase receipt. A copy of the original receipt can be sent to the customer with the product upon request.
As a payment option we only accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments through our website.
We also accept payments by bank transfer. Please contact us for details.
Notice for international customers:
We cannot be held responsible for customs charges that you may receive when receiving goods into your country. Please check with your country customs office whether there will be charges incurred when receiving goods.
