We pride ourselves on providing exclusive authentic products for our customers. All of the products presented and sold by Don Exclusive are 100% authentic, original and real guaranteed. We do not sell nor condone replicas, copies, counterfeits, fakes, A grades, B grades or factory variants.

For the majority of our stock we do hold the original purchase receipt. A copy of the original receipt can be sent to the customer with the product upon request.

Payment Options

Don Exclusive accepts the next payment methods: Creditcard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal and PayPal.

We also accept payments by bank transfer. Please contact us for details.


Customs Duties 

Notice for international customers:

We cannot be held responsible for customs charges that you may receive when receiving goods into your country. Please check with your country customs office whether there will be charges incurred when receiving goods.

Returns & Exchanges

Any return request must be reported by email to our customer service at info@donexclusive.com, within 14 calendar days after the item has been delivered for a store credit ONLY

The returned products must be completely new, unworn and in their original packaging. They must not show any signs of wear or use. Our team will judge the condition of the returned item. No return will be accepted if the returned product is worn, soiled, damaged and / or if the product is in a state that has made impossible to sell, as well as if the returned product does not correspond to the one originally ordered.

Returned products must imperatively be sent in a separate shipping package, in order to avoid any deterioration of their original packaging. Your return may be refused, or compensation may be claimed if the original packaging of the returned product reaches us damaged.

The return form that you will receive by email must imperatively be filled in by yourself and slipped into the return package. The presence of this document is essential for processing your return. Any package received without a return form or with an incomplete return form, cannot be processed by our team.
