COSTS, SERVICES & TIMES

Don Exclusive offers the following shipping on orders placed. Please refer to pricing and timelines below:

NL DELIVERY RATES

We offer the following shipping options:

  •  €7,95 - DPD Classic (1 to 2 business days) 

EU DELIVERY RATES

We offer the following shipping options:

  • €27,95 - Fedex Priority (1 to 2 business days)
  • €19,95 - DPD Classic (2 to 5 business days)

NON-EU DELIVERY RATES

We offer the following shipping options:

  • €39,95 - Fedex Priority (2 to 4 business days)

NON – EU  customers are responsible for any additional fees or customs and duties.

We will do our best to protect our international customers from receiving such fees but cannot guarantee any unexpected expenses incurred.

NOTE: All orders must be signed upon delivery


HANDLING

After checkout has been succesful and payment has been received our team will proceed with the order.

Please allow 7-10 business days of shipping & handling after the order has been placed.

If Don Exclusive isn't able to send the product to the customer (for any reason) 30 days after an order has been made, a full refund will take place after the customer has been contacted.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Any return request must be reported by email to our customer service at info@donexclusive.com, within 14 calendar days after the item has been delivered for a store credit only.

The returned products must be completely new, unworn and in their original packaging. They must not show any signs of wear or use. Our team will judge the condition of the returned item. No return will be accepted if the returned product is worn, soiled, damaged and / or if the product is in a state that has made impossible to sell, as well as if the returned product does not correspond to the one originally ordered.

Returned products must imperatively be sent in a separate shipping package, in order to avoid any deterioration of their original packaging. Your return may be refused, or compensation may be claimed if the original packaging of the returned product reaches us damaged.

IMPORTANT : The returns and exchanges conditions do not apply to items that have been purchased through a request / inquiry order.
